stop refreshing?

hi.

when you're on a website, is there anyway to stop jaws keep refreshing?

sometimes, i go on a website and the page rifreshes while i am writing.

can this be prevented?

yeah, with jaws, you can press insert+v to bring up the verbosity menu, and press the letter r until it says "refresh page automatically". Press the spacebar one time and it should say "refresh page off".

Press enter: and There you go.

Or for a more permanet fix press insert f2 to get into the jaws managers and arrow down to the configuration manager and press enter. From there press alt+shift+d to bring up the default configuration file. From there hit alt-s for set options and then press h for html options. From there press control tab until you get to misk. From there tab until you get to the refresh combo box. Arrow down until you hear supress all refreshes. Now press ok. Now press control s to save the file and alt f4 to get out of the dialog box.
